- Do not modify, delete or disclose customer information.
- Do not exploit vulnerabilities for financial or personal benefit.
- Avoid disrupting checkout, payment processing or website operations.

2. How to Report
Email: info@derkaffeeltd.shop
Subject: Security report
Include the affected URL, description of the issue, safe reproduction steps, potential impact and relevant screenshots.
3. Review and Investigation
We aim to acknowledge reports within one working day.
Security issues are assessed based on potential impact, reproducibility and severity.
High-risk issues involving payment security, private information or unauthorised account access receive appropriate priority.
Complex investigations may take additional time.
4. Security Rewards
DER KAFFEE does not currently advertise a paid bug-bounty programme.
Reports do not create an automatic entitlement to compensation.
Any future programme will be published separately with specific eligibility rules.
5. Non-Reportable Issues
Examples include theoretical vulnerabilities without demonstrated impact, automated scanner results lacking evidence, unsupported-browser problems, third-party infrastructure outside our control and duplicate findings.
We do not authorise disruptive or unlawful security testing.
6. Suspicious Communications
Customers who receive suspicious emails, payment requests or messages claiming to represent DER KAFFEE should contact us through the official website.
