Free standard delivery is available to UK mainland addresses.
Applicable charges for optional services or other destinations must be disclosed before purchase.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
An order submitted by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase.
The payment confirmation and order reference displayed at checkout acknowledge the purchase request; they do not themselves confirm dispatch.
As under our existing purchase terms, the contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming dispatch.
Orders may be declined for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, obvious pricing errors, failed payment or suspected fraud.
Any payment collected for an unfulfilled order must be appropriately refunded.
7. Payment and Ownership
Payment is collected at checkout.
Available methods are displayed before confirmation.
Ownership and risk transfer in accordance with applicable law and the contract.
For consumer deliveries arranged by the store, risk generally remains with the business until the customer or a nominated recipient takes physical possession of the goods.

Free standard UK mainland shipping.
Processing: 1–2 working days.
Transit: 3–6 working days.
Estimated total: 4–8 working days.
Large equipment may require kerbside freight delivery.

9. Returns
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 days.
Customers pay properly disclosed change-of-mind return costs.
The store covers legally applicable costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product.
All products are subject to applicable statutory quality requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
Original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Third-party content remains subject to its respective ownership and licensing.

Vehicle lifts must be installed and used according to manufacturer specifications and rated capacities.
Heating equipment must be used in accordance with fuel, ventilation and fire-safety requirements.
Sheds and pergolas must be assembled and secured appropriately.
Kayak users should follow applicable water safety guidance.
Assembly and installation services are not included unless expressly stated.
These provisions do not remove product safety obligations imposed on the seller.

17. Payment Providers
Payments may also be subject to relevant financial institution and payment-provider terms.
18. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Events such as severe weather, transport disruption or industrial action may affect delivery.
Customers will be informed of significant problems where appropriate.
Legal cancellation and refund rights remain available.
