2. Delivery Destinations

We deliver to eligible UK addresses.

Free standard delivery is advertised for UK mainland addresses.

Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands should contact customer support before ordering to confirm availability and arrangements.

3. Delivery Costs

Free standard UK mainland delivery includes standard parcel transport and, for qualifying oversized goods, normal freight and appointment services.

Standard freight, liftgate and appointment services are included in the existing free standard UK mainland delivery commitment, without additional standard shipping, handling or fuel surcharges.

Any optional extra handling must be quoted and agreed separately.

4. Parcel Delivery

Smaller products may ship through standard tracked parcel services.

The actual carrier depends on the order, product size and warehouse arrangements.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

5. Oversized Freight Delivery

Large products, including certain pergolas, sheds, furniture sets, car lifts and kayaks, may require specialist freight transport.

Freight deliveries are normally made to the kerbside or end of an accessible driveway.

The carrier contacts the recipient to agree a delivery window.

Standard delivery does not include moving goods indoors, transporting them into a garden, assembly or installation.

6. Preparing for Freight Delivery

Customers should arrange:

  • A reachable street address.
  • A working contact telephone number.
  • Safe vehicle access.
  • Firm, level unloading ground.
  • An adult aged 18 or over to receive the shipment.
  • Appropriate assistance or equipment for moving heavy goods beyond the delivery point.

For difficult access, contact us before ordering.

7. Inspecting Deliveries

Check visible packaging and product condition when delivery arrives.

For freight, record visible damage on the paperwork where practical.

Take photographs and contact the support team.

Please report parcel damage within 48 hours and visible freight damage on the delivery day where reasonably possible. These requests help investigation and do not remove statutory rights.

These reporting requests help investigation but do not limit statutory consumer rights.

8. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days normally begin processing the same day.

Later orders begin processing on the next working day.

Processing generally takes 1–2 working days.

9. Transit Time

Transit normally takes 3–6 working days.

The combined estimated delivery time is 4–8 working days.

Weather, remote delivery routes, public holidays and transport disruptions may affect arrival.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines.

10. Tracking

When an order is dispatched, customers receive available tracking details by email.

Parcel tracking numbers or freight carrier references may be provided depending on the shipment.

11. Split Shipments

An order containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate consignments.

Free standard UK mainland delivery continues to apply to split shipments.

12. Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery details.

Incorrect addresses or missed freight appointments may create additional costs.

Explain any lawful additional costs and obtain agreement before charging.

If an error is caused by DER KAFFEE or the appointed carrier, the store remains responsible for the appropriate correction.

13. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customers should review their tracking information if delivery is delayed.

For a short delay, you may wish to allow two additional working days after the estimated window; you can contact us sooner if you are concerned.

This is guidance, not a restriction of statutory delivery rights.

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

14. Cancellation

Contact support promptly if a cancellation is required.

Dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
